CVD diamond is the symthesis of diamond films on heterogeneous substrates by chemical vapor deposition.CVD diamond is as same as the structure and properties ofmatural diamond.

Polycrystalline diamond is intered from diamond powder with high temperature and high pressure. And are widely used in manufacturing industry.

Application: non-ferrous metals, carbide,ceramics, nonmetallic materials.

Diamond Crystal Selection

There are (100),(110) and (111) three main crystal orientations, of which (100) is the most difficult to wear, so we choose (100) crystal orientation as the rake surface and flank surface of the diamond tool.
