In order to ensure the longest life of your tool and the highest quality in your parts, it is important to regularly send tools back for repair/relaps.
Yuhe Diamond restores your precision tool and brings it back to “new tool” condition in a very short turnaround time. We use state of the art equipment that allows us to repair your diamond with an unrivalled nanometer precision. Our highly trained staff can relap your diamond tool up to 30 times by removing just the right amount of diamond to only remove the damaged area. Occasionally a tool may need a “recone” (repolishing of the front clearance angle). If tool needs more than a simple relap, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Tools are inspected at 800X and guaranteed to be free from chips/defects.

Matters Needing Attention
1. Do not touch the blade with your fingers or anything. It will damage the edge and make the tool unusable.
2.Diamond cutting edge is easy to damage. When the tool is not working, it must be protected by tool box.
3. Do not let the diamond tool touch the workpiece in a static state. Do not stop while cutting.
3. High speed can reduce the pressure of tools cutting edge, so it is suitablefor high speed cutting.
4.During the cutting, if there is obvious vibration, stop immediately. And then cut again after improvement.
